Meet Your Therapist
Welcome! I’m Alli
Founder, Speech-Language Pathologist
I have worked with children of all ages in school and/or private practice settings since 2017. I received my B.A. in Psychology at DePauw University and my Master’s and clinical doctorate at the University of Kansas. I specialize in language and literacy with a passion for written expression.
I relocated to Nashville, TN from Kansas City, and I am excited to call the Music City her new home base. My professional goal is to be a leading community resource for all areas of literacy with a unique understanding of how speaking and listening directly impact reading and writing.
When I am out of the clinic, you can find me exploring middle Tennessee with my husband and son, reading, trying a local coffee shop, and staying active.
How to Get Started
-
Hop on the phone for a short phone call to discuss your child’s communication needs and concerns. This helps us decide next steps!
-
If an evaluation is recommended, you and your child will attend a virtual evaluation session. We will complete various reading, writing, speaking, and listening activities to identify your child's strengths and weaknesses.
-
Based on the evaluation and/or supporting documents, we will begin therapy to target your child’s communication needs and showcasing their strengths along the way.
-
Insurance & Billing
To provide individualized, high-quality language and literacy services without insurance restrictions, this clinic operates as a private pay practice. We do not accept insurance, but provides a documentation for clients seeking potential out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
